Other Details to Note

A standard rental agreement will be provided and the guest must sign it prior to receiving the access instructions if planning to use the climbing wall. Any smoking must be done outdoors not in the backyard. NO EXCEPTIONS. A $500 fee is charged if there is evidence of smoke in the house.

Long-term guests may inquire about exceptions. 🎉 Partying: No partying of any kind inside or on the property. Violations will result in immediate cancellation with no refund. 👟 No Shoes Policy: Please remove all shoes upon entry. There is a $10 fee for each carpet/rug stain, as cleaning takes significant time. 🚽 Toilet Usage: Only flush toilet paper. Any clogging caused during your stay will incur repair charges. 🐾 Pet Policy: Maximum of 2 pets allowed, with a $75 fee per pet. 🤫 Noise Level: Please maintain minimal noise after 10 PM. We have an assisted living facility next door, and we want to respect the community. Our Kids loved this place! We had such a wonderful time visiting Colorado Springs and the house provided plenty of activities at night for the adults to enjoy some time together while all the kids could play in the backyard. Absolutely recommend.

Disha is the best host. She was very responsive and made sure our stay was memorable! The location was only 10 minutes drive to all of the Colorado Springs attractions. The house and back yard are exactly what was in the pictures. We had so much fun there and we will be back!

My family and I had a wonderful stay. Wish we could have stayed longer. The house was amazing and kept my kids occupied the whole time we were there. We explored Olympic training center & museum, spaced discovery center, pikes peak, manitou springs, Firefighter memorial. All very close 12-20 min away. We couldn’t have asked for a better place than this after our days out exploring. If we could we would definitely stay here again. Disha was very easy to talk to, helpful and we appreciated everything. You can tell they put alot of thought/love in to this Airbnb and we loved every bit of it. Thank you!
